On 03rd September, 2009, the company changed its registered office from Himachal Pradesh to West Bengal, later 16th December, 2020 shifted from West Bengal to Rajasthan.

Furthermore, on 23rd February, 2011 the name and status of company changed to ‘Kaveri Hire Purchase and Deposits Limited’ and later on 08th August, 2011 it was again changed to ‘Kaveri Hire Purchase and Deposits Private Limited’.

The company has been carrying on business as a "Non Banking Financial Company" (NBFC) and registered as NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Institution) vide Registration No. “B.05.06977” issued by Reserve Bank of India, Department of Non-Banking Supervision, Kolkata (Regional Office) on dated 20th May, 2014. The company is presently engaged mainly in investment in shares in securities & financial activity. The Company is working with a vision to accelerate the growth and leverage the experience.
